Some hints:

Any string can be extracted by entering it in 'Search for' - such as 'Smith', 'High Street' or 'school'. This works across 'all locations' or any selected.
Note: Most names are recorded 'Surname Forename'; so 'Smith Fred' will generally give better results than 'Fred Smith'.
Use a '+' between words to extract records which contain both - ie 'john+smith' will extract 'John Smith', 'Smith John', 'Smith Henry John' etc. (but also 'John Brown.. blacksmith' !!)
